How do I give/revoke access to a staff member and/or teacher?

On the Moments by Curacubby app, it's simple to give or take away access from a staff member/teacher. You will simply toggle their user settings in your Curacubby Platform.

To give or revoke access to a staff member/teacher, you must log in to your Curacubby School Platform as an admin and go into Settings > School > Staff.

Once you are on the staff page, you can edit a staff member's permission by clicking on the "pencil" icon next to their name. A window with the staff members' information will pop up; you will click on “User has admin rights.”

To give a staff member access to the Moments by Curacubby, please be sure to check the first check box titled “Moments mobile app access.” Now, you can select the type of access you would like to give your staff members with the options below:

A. View/edit/delete only moment created by the user
[This will allow the staff member to view, edit, or delete any moment (photo, video, text) that they created. They will not have access to view/edit/delete any other moments created by other staff members/teachers.]

B. View/edit/delete only moments associated with their classroom
[This will allow the staff member to view, edit, or delete any moment (photo, video, text) associated with their classroom, even if another staff member/teacher posts it.]
