If a parent is not receiving a reset password email when they request a reset password link, you can reset their password for them, either by providing them with a link or by setting a temporary password.
Before following the steps below, please make sure that the parent's email address listed in Curacubby is correct.
To create a password reset link:
- Search for the parent's name in the Parent tab
- Click on the parent's name
- Click on the Profile tab
- Click "Reset User's Password" under their profile picture
- Copy the link and paste it into an email to send to the parent or click "Notify parent by email"

To set a temporary password:
- Search for the parent's name in the Parent tab
- Click on the parent's name
- Click on the Profile tab of their account
- Click "Edit User"
- Scroll down and toggle on "Set password (optional)"
- Enter the temporary password (must be at least 8 characters and include one of the following special characters: *,#,!,-,$,^ or ) ).
- Click "Update User"

How parents can update their password:
- Log into your Curacubby account
- Click your name in the top right corner of the page
- Click "Profile"
- Scroll down and type your new password in the "Enter new password" box
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Update"
