Moments by Curacubby allows parents to have real-time conversations with teachers within a moment by starting and/or replying to a chat.
To reply to a moment your child was tagged on, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Moments App
- Once you are in the app, you will be able to see the moment in which a teacher messaged you in. How can you tell? Beneath the moment, on the bottom left-hand corner, you will chat bubble icon. The speech icon will have a red box with a number, indicating the number of messages you have received at that particular moment
- Click the chat bubble icon to see the conversation with your child’s teacher and begin replying to them
