Settlement Report 2.5

Shows payments (credit card, bank transfer) within a date range by settlement (transfer) date. This report displays the invoices included in each batch deposit.

With the Settlement Report 2.5 through Curacubby, you are able to view all invoices that have been settled into your bank account for each batch deposit. 

To generate a Settlement 2.5 Report:

Click Accounting under the Reports Tab

  1. Select the Accounting Report to generate

  2. Fill Additional fields (if applicable) 

  3. Click Create Report

    1. Optional: Modify Report Name

NOTE: You are able to find all Debits (withdrawals) at the end of your generated Settlement Report

NOTE: Processing Fee refers to any Curacubby Processing fees for FST (sign up) submissions. 

Here is a brief interactive walkthrough of generating a Settlement 2.5 report:

1. Locate the Reports tab on the left hand side of your Curacubby. Under the Reports tab, click "Accounting"

2. Click the drop-down menu labeled "Report Type"

3. Select "Settlement Report 2.5" within the drop-down menu for Report Type

4. Select the "start" date you would like this report to be generated for within the calendar

5. Select the "end" date you would like this report to be generated for within the calendar

6. Indicate whether you would like this report to be generated by Paid or Transfer date.
Note: Paid date is the date payment has been processed. Transfer date is the date the payment has officially transferred into your account.

7. Click the blue box labeled "Create Report"

You are also able to edit the report name by clicking the text box located above "Create Report" and replacing current name

8. Please allow a few moments for your report to be generated within your web browser.

9. Once the report has been generated, you are then able to export your report by selecting the document type: PDF, DOCX, CSV, XLSX

10. That's it! You're done.
