Adding a Program and Service

Creating new programs and services for schools

Open Curacubby and click “Programs” (under "Settings" on the left sidebar).  Click “New Program” and enter a category (e.g. “Tuition,” “Tuition with Discount”) and click "Save."  To add a program in the category you created, click on the “+” button, and enter the program name (e.g. “Full-Time” or “3 Days a Week”). Select the type of charge (monthly, custom, or monthly dynamic). Enter the price per invoice, and click "Save." (For custom invoices, you need to select each date you would like an invoice to be sent). 

To map a program to a specific account for account reporting purposes, click "Select an Account" on the right side of the service box.  You can choose from some of the preloaded accounts, by clicking the checkbox.  You can also make a new one.   To do this, click "Add New" and then click within the account to rename it "(click to rename)- new account 1234xxx."  Type the account name, then click on the gray area at the bottom of the account box to save the name, and click its checkbox to assign that service to your newly created account.
