How do I add Line Items to a Queued Invoice?

Curacubby allows you to add Line Items to an invoice when it is in the queued status.

Here is a brief walkthrough of how to add a Line Item to an invoice in the Queued status:

Please follow these simple steps to add line items:

1. Click the Invoices Tab

2. Locate the queued invoice you would like to modify by filtering to view only queued invoices or searching the invoice number in the search bar.

3. Hover over the gear icon of the invoice you would like to modify, then click the edit pencil.

4. Click Add

5. Click Simple Line Item.

6. Type a description for this line item.

7. Type the cost associated with this line item.

8. Select an Accounting Category for this line item.

9. Click Save 
Note: Selecting "Save" will keep the invoice in the queued status. 
Selecting "Save and Send" will send invoice to the family.

10. Click the invoice you have just modified to confirm your changes.
