The Batch Enroller is an effective tool when trying to unenroll and enroll students as a large group, without having to enter each student's enrollment tab to make enrollment changes.
Here is a brief feature walkthrough of the Batch Enroller feature:
BATCH ENROLLER WALKTHROUGH
To use your batch enroller feature, simply:
1. Click Programs |
2. Click Batch Enroller |
3. Click Filters to filter your student list |
4. Optional: Select the Filters you would like to apply to the student list and click Apply |
5. Check the students that you would like to make enrollment changes to |
6. Optional: Click Remove program to remove any programs that you would like to keep the students enrolled into |
7. You can also remove programs within this list |
8. Click Unenroll |
9. Confirm your choice |
10. If you would like to enroll selected students into a specific program, first click the clear button to clear the current program selections |
11. Select the program type for the program you would like to enroll the student list into |
12. Select the program you would like to enroll the students into |
13. Once selecting the program(s) you would like to enroll your list of students into, click Enroll |
14. Confirm your choice |
15. NOTE: Be sure to press Clear after making all needed enrollment changes to one student group, before selecting more students to make enrollment changes That's it. You're done. |
