Changing email address, address, phone number, and tax ID on outgoing invoices

If you want to change the organizational information that shows up on your outgoing invoices, here's how to do it

INVOICE OVERVIEW

In the top righthand corner of your invoices, your families can see your institution's address and contact information. 

InvoiceCHANGING ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION

To change this information, simply update your settings directly on your tenant site using these steps:

  1. On the left menu of your account, navigate to Settings → School
  2. Expand the option for "General Info"
  3. Update the information you want to change, the most common items are:
    1. Phone (displayed to parents)
    2. Email (displayed to parents)
    3. Tax ID
    4. Address
  4. Save your changes
