Failed email issues

Reasons and solutions to failed email issues

In the action center located on the "Overview" page, there will be a notification to Curacubby admins if parents have not received their emailed invoice notifications. 

If there are parents identified who have not received the notification please see the common issues below:

  1. Please verify the email address on file is not a placeholder email (no-account)
  2. Please verify there are no common/clearly identifiable typos within the email address (@gmial.com)

Reasons emails have failed:

  1. The parent has marked Curacubby as SPAM
  2. The parent's mail server (Hotmail) has blocked Curacubby's mail traffic

Solutions:

  1. Update the email address on file
  2. Use an alternate email address
  3. Add "notifications@curacubby.com" to your contact list
