How do I add a second parent to a student's account?

Please follow the steps below to add additional emergency or pick up contacts to a student's record.

To add a second parent to a student's record: 

  1. Click on “Students” on the left sidebar
  2. Click on a student's name
  3. Click on the tab titled "Parents" on the top menu
  4. Click on the button titled "New Parent"
  5. Enter information and then click "Create User"

NOTE- There is a limit of 2 primary parents per student record (other parents will need to be entered as additional contacts on the student record)
