How do I change my bank account or credit card payment source?
If you want to change the bank or credit card you are using to pay for invoices, follow these steps:
To change you Credit Card:
- Log into your parent portal
- Click on your name in the top right corner to open access your profile and billing information
- Select Billing
- Click on the Delete button next to your registered card.
- Now click on the button "Setup your Credit Card"
- Add the details of your new card. This will replace the card you were previously using

To change the bank account you pay with:
- Log into your parent portal
- Click on your name in the top right corner to display your profile and billing information menu items
- Select Billing
- Click on "Reset Account" and click "ok" to confirm you are sure.

- Now click on the button "Add Bank Account"
- You will see an option to select your previous account or if you click on the button on the bottom for "Create new..."
- Clicking "Create new..." will bring up the ACH authroization form again where you can enter your bank account details again including the routing and account numbers.
