How do I change my bank account or credit card payment source?

If you want to change the bank or credit card you are using to pay for invoices, follow these steps:

 

To change you Credit Card:

  1. Log into your parent portal
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner to open access your profile and billing information
  3. Select Billing
  4. Click on the Delete button next to your registered card.
  5. Now click on the button "Setup your Credit Card"
  6. Add the details of your new card. This will replace the card you were previously using

To change the bank account you pay with:

  1. Log into your parent portal
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner to display your profile and billing information menu items
  3. Select Billing
  4. Click on "Reset Account" and click "ok" to confirm you are sure.

  5. Now click on the button "Add Bank Account"
  6. You will see an option to select your previous account or if you click on the button on the bottom for "Create new..."
  7. Clicking "Create new..." will bring up the ACH authroization form again where you can enter your bank account details again including the routing and account numbers.
