Student Attendance Report

This report will show the check in and out times for selected student(s) for the selected date range.


To create an  attendance report:

  1.  Click Student Attendance under the Reports Section
    Note: Attendance Reports can also be located within the Attendance tab
  2.  Click Select Report Type and choose Attendance 
  3.  Use the calendar selector to choose the date range for the report
  4. Select the student(s) you would like to be shown within the report. This can be accomplished by selecting classroom(s), or selecting students one-by-one. To select all students, use the Select All button: 
  5.  Click Generate Report
    Download this report as a PDF or XLS file by selecting Download Report
