School administrators and staff members can edit a parent's profile to update their email, phone number, address, PIN, or notification preferences.
To edit a parent's profile:
- Click “Parents” on the left sidebar.
- Find the parent (you can search for their name or email in the search box), then click on the parent’s name.
- Click the “Profile” tab
- Click “Edit User.”
- After you have updated the appropriate fields, scroll down, and click “Update User.”
