How do I set a default schedule?

You can set a default schedule for a program so that when you enroll a student into that program, their schedule will be set to the default schedule for that program.

To set a default schedule:

  1. Click "Programs" under the "Settings" section on the left sidebar
  2. Click on the arrow to the far right of a program row to expand a program section
  3. Click "Default Schedule" of the program you want to create the schedule for
  4. Click and drag the desired day(s) and time(s) to set the student's enrollment block area.
  5. Click "Close" to save. Now, when you enroll a student in this program, the default schedule will be applied.
