      How do I upload a downloadable form/file?

      Uploading a form or file that was downloaded from your Curacubby portal

      To provide parents with a form they may download, fill and then re-upload, follow the steps below:

      1. Log into Curacubby
      2. Click the "File Upload" page
      3. Click the "Upload File" button
      4. Enter a document name
      5. Choose the file to upload
      6. Select students to receive the form
      7. Click Upload

      To edit this file or students who receive this file please click the edit (pencil) icon. 

      To delete this file please click the delete (trashcan) icon. 

      Please ensure the Forms feature is enabled. 

      File formats permitted are pdf, .doc, .docx.
