Manual Verification Payment Method Setup Instructions

 

 

  1. Log into your parent portal.
  2. Click on your name in the top-right corner to display your profile and billing information menu items.
  3. Select billing.
  4. Click on the button "Setup Your Bank Account."
  5. Click on ‘’Manually verify instead. (It takes 1-3 business days.)”
  6. Enter your account and routing numbers.
  7. Please wait 1-3 business days to receive an email from Stripe to verify your bank account.

Verifying your account & receiving micro-deposit email:

  1. After 3 business days, you will receive an email with the following subject line and instructions:
    1. Subject line: “Verify your bank account for Curacubby”
    2. If you do not see this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. 

Note: After 3 business days, if you didn’t receive any emails from Stripe for verifying your bank account, please reach out to payments@curacubby.com, and we'll help verify using your bank statement.

 

 

2. Clicking the “Verify deposit” link will take you to the following page:

 

3. To locate the micro-deposit with its included verification code, you will login to check your bank statement for two pending transactions, one credit and one debit, with bank statement descriptions specifying the code:

 

4. You will enter the last four digits of the micro-deposit code into the verification page you opened from your email, then click “Verify”:

 

5. You will see “Bank account verified”. You are now able to login to see your chosen bank account in your Billing section on your school’s Curacubby site..

 

You are now ready to pay your children’s invoices on your account or submit school registration forms!
