      My Fastscreen link is giving me an error in Safari

      If you are having problems accessing your secure Fastscreen link through Safari, here are two things you can do to fix the error

      Option 1: Make Google Chrome Your Default Browser

      Important: Make sure you have Google Chrome downloaded and installed on your iPhone or iPad. Download Chrome for iPhones and iPads.

      1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
      2. Tap More More and then Settings.
      3. Tap Default browser.
      4. Tap Open Chrome settings and then Default browser app. 
      5. Set Chrome as your Default browser app.

      Option 2: Clear Your Open Safari Tabs and Clear Your Cache

      STEP 1 - Close open Safari Tabs

      1. Open the Safari app on your iPhone
      2. Press and hold the squares in the bottom right corner
      3. Tap on Close All # Tabs
      4. Confirm Close All # Tabs

      STEP 2 - Clear your cache

      1. Open Settings
      2. Open Safari inside of Settings
      3. Tap on Clear History and Website Data
      4. Confirm Clear History and Data
