Navigating the parent portal
Overview:
The parent portal allows parents to sign in to their school's Curacubby platform using their mobile or desktop device and manage their profile.
Parent's have the ability to:
- Pay invoices
- Download PDF copies of receipts
- Edit parent/student profile
- Add additional contacts for emergency or authorized pick-ups
- View all attendance records (must be enabled by school)
- Download full payment history
- Submit/View required Forms and Files (must be enabled by school)
- Submit new applications (must be enabled by school)
- Pay school without an invoice needed (must be enabled by school)
FAQ's:
- Is there a fee when I (parents) pay with a credit or debit card?
- Yes. All card payments will incur a 2.9% + $0.55 processing fee
- Is there a fee when I (parent) pay with account information?
- No. All bank transfers are fee-free
- Can I pay my school without an invoice?
- If your school has the "Pay my school" feature enabled you may pay without an invoice.
- Can I set up auto-pay?
- If your school has the "Auto-pay" feature enabled, you may enable auto-pay.
- Can I download a ledger for tax purposes?
- Yes, please visit the "Ledger" page in the "Invoices" section.
