Current Processing and Payout Times: ( last updated 7/1/24)
1. Bank transfer payments take 4-5 business days to process.
2. Invoices will be marked "Paid" or "Failed" after this period.
3. Successfully paid invoices enter our payout systems for automatic payment.
Note: Processing times will improve. As mentioned in our June 7 customer email communication, we are currently not on instant ACH. Stripe requires us to use regular ACH for at least 90 days before moving to instant. We are actively engaged with our contacts at Stripe to truncate this time so you can get your cash faster.
