Schedule Enrollment Changes Feature

This feature allows school admins to schedule enrollment changes or cancelations within Curacubby.

FAQ's:

 How do I create a scheduled enrollment change? 

1.     Log into Curacubby
2.     Click on the "Students" tab
3.     Find and Select the desired students name
4.     Click the "Enrollment" tab
5.     Click the "Change Enrollment" button
6.     Toggle On the "Cancel Enrollment" switch to cancel the current enrollment
7.     Change/Review the date in which the program should be canceled.
8.     Select the New Enrollment program 
9.     Select "Immediately" or "On Date" as preferred. 
10.     Click "Save"

How do I cancel an enrollment on a specified date?

1.     Log into Curacubby
2.     Click on the "Students" tab
3.     Find and Select the desired students name
4.     Click the "Enrollment" tab
5.     Click the "Change Enrollment" button
6.     Toggle On the "Cancel Enrollment" switch to cancel the current enrollment
7.     Change/Review the date in which the program should be canceled. 
8.     Click "Save"

How do I cancel a scheduled enrollment change?

1.     Log into Curacubby
2.     Click on the "Students" tab
3.     Find and Select the desired students name
4.     Click the "Enrollment" tab
5.     Scroll down
6.     See the Enrollment section. 
7.     Delete any scheduled enrollment changed by clicking the trashcan icon
