Updating a Parent's PIN for Attendance

Updating a parent PIN for check in/out may only be done through the parent profile

 

Note: Parents are able to update their PIN at any time from their Parent Portal.

To update a parent PIN, you will need to update this through editing the parent's profile. 
To accomplish this, refer to this walkthrough:



From the student account: 

  1. Click on the Parents tab of the student account
  2. Click on the parent that you are wanting to update the PIN number for
  3. Once opening the parent account, select the Profile tab
  4. Click Edit User
  5. Type the new Parent PIN 
  6. Click Update User to save new PIN


From the Parents tab: 

  1. Locate and click on the parent that you are wanting to update the PIN number for within your parent list
  2. Once opening the parent account, select the Profile tab
  3. Click Edit User
  4. Update the Parent PIN 
  5. Click "Update User"
