Updating a parent PIN for check in/out may only be done through the parent profile
Note: Parents are able to update their PIN at any time from their Parent Portal.

To update a parent PIN, you will need to update this through editing the parent's profile.
To accomplish this, refer to this walkthrough:
From the student account:
- Click on the Parents tab of the student account
- Click on the parent that you are wanting to update the PIN number for
- Once opening the parent account, select the Profile tab
- Click Edit User
- Type the new Parent PIN
- Click Update User to save new PIN
From the Parents tab:
- Locate and click on the parent that you are wanting to update the PIN number for within your parent list
- Once opening the parent account, select the Profile tab
- Click Edit User
- Update the Parent PIN
- Click "Update User"
