      This short 5 minute video tutorial will guide through the steps to create a form in Curacubby.

      How to create a form

      Please note:  A form is different from a sign-up. 

      • A form does not allow for a payment to be made when the submitted submits the form.  Example of forms that don't require a payment:  Media/Photo Release Form, Tuition/Financial Agreement, etc.
      • A sign-up allows you to require the submitter to make a payment online when they submit the sign-up.   Examples of a sign-up:  Preschool application, Camp registration, etc.
