A Field Group is the label for what information you are wanting to collect by creating this field.
-You can make this field group collapsible by checking the “collapsible” box, which will make it appear as a drop down menu for parents.
-You can remove the Field Group Label by unselecting the “visible” box, and only the field types you created will be shown to parents viewing the sign up.
