Why can't I add my contact information when adding my bank account?

When trying to add your bank information, some fields in grey cannot be edited from the billing tab. This article will help you input that information so that you may add your bank account.

When prompted to enter your Bank Information for Bank Pay you will see this view: 

All of the fields in grey, are auto-filled directly from your Parent Profile and are not able to be edited within the Bank Pay Authorization Form. 
This is for security and privacy reasons.

To input or change the information within the grey boxes, you will need to edit your parent profile.

1. The first step is to open Curacubby and click your name in the top-right corner

4. Note: You must enter your password to make any changes to your profile
