FAQ - Stripe Connection and Bank Account Set Up

Q: I’m not able to see the auto-pay option, why?

A: Please first make sure that you have a credit card or bank account set up on your account to be able to turn auto-pay on. If you have already set up your bank account or credit card and still not seeing the auto-pay option that means your school is not using the Auto-pay feature.

Q: I have set up my bank account but when I try to submit a payment I am receiving ‘’ ACH Failed’’ message, why?

A: Please make sure that your bank account has a green ‘’verified’’ tag before submitting the payments. If you see the ‘’Pending verification’’ tag this means that your bank account has not been verified yet. Please click here to access the tutorial on how to verify your bank account.

Q: When I try to connect my bank account it’s asking me to provide full access to all personal information including bank balance. How much information can Curacubby see?

A: Curacubby does not have access to or store your bank login credentials. This information is securely processed by our payment partner, Stripe, a trusted and industry-leading payment processing company. Curacubby DOES NOT have access to bank account balances. Only parents can see their bank account balances when connecting their bank accounts.
